EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment work experience

Work Location - Bucharest, Romania.

What do we require?
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• French Language Proficiency must be at B2/C1 level
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and social media
• Experience in organizing recruitment events.
• Previous experience in in house hiring.
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is desirablw
• Business standard English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The role is to source, recruit for France and UK
• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, activities to include advertisement in job portals, screening the CV, scheduling interview with the hiring managers, negotiation for offers of employment, background checks, and reference checks.
• Should have a good understanding on the sourcing channels, e.g. job boards, LinkedIn, social media
• Maintain a pipeline of resources to help identify a qualified and diverse applicant pool.
• Provide timely updates to hiring manager with information regarding recruitment status. Hiring managers.
• Previous experience in sourcing for the France and UK region
• Should be ready to travel to France and UK regions to conduct interviews and meet key stakeholders.
