    Cerinte

    -Studii superioare universitare de profil sau experiența de minim 2 ani într-o funcție similara;
    -Engleza (scris si vorbit) nivel avansat;
    -Cunoștințe de utilizare a computerelor si a suitelor de programe destinate productivității (ex: pachetul Microsoft Office);
    -Cunoștințe minime de programare si/sau administrare a bazelor de date Microsoft si/sau Oracle;
    -Experiența in utilizarea a cel puțin unui limbaj de programare a aplicatiilor (ex: platforma .Net, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, etc.)-constituie un avantaj
    -cunostinte de SQL.

    Responsabilitati

    -Configurarea / Administrarea / Implementarea / Testarea si Acordarea de suport pentru sistemele si aplicatiile informatice;
    -Acordarea de consultanta in utilizarea si modificarea sistemelor informatice;
    -Elaborarea Documentaţiei Tehnice aferente funcţionării sistemului pentru utilizatorii finali;
    -Administrarea tehnica a aplicatiilor utilizate in cadrul companiei;
    -Proiectarea, implementarea si administrarea fluxurilor de date ale sistemului informatic;
    -Instruirea utilizatorilor finali si sistemelor informatice;
    -Evaluarea si propunerea de solutii software care sa adreseze nevoile de procesare ale companiei;
    -Preluarea solicitarilor de suport level 2 de la departamentul HelpDesk pentru tehnologiile aflate in administrare si documentarea solutiilor tehnice in platforma interna de tip KEDB;
    -Asigurarea tratarii solicitarilor de suport level 3 si administrarea relatiei cu furnizori externi de solutii informatice.
