    Cerinte

    Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business/Marketing/Economics or other related departments
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (financial industry is a plus)
    - Ability to write and deliver marketing and training materials (MS PowerPoint);
    - Business acumen in financial services
    - Strong organizational and time management skills
    - The ability to establish the priorities, multi-tasking and meet deadlines
    - High attention to detail and pro-active
    - Team player, highly motivated and results oriented

    Responsabilitati

    - Prepare, design and propose marketing and sales campaigns across channels
    - Analyze and asses feasibility of the campaign proposals
    - Compute and build assumptions and projections on the expected results of campaign using financial indicators as reference
    - Evaluate, coordinate and implement campaign mechanism together with involved parties
    - Monitor and asses campaign progress in real-time, providing managers dynamic overview of the results
    - Propose and sustain fine-tune and improvement actions ad-hoc
    - Rigorously follow any deviations of campaign mechanism, implementation and assumptions in order to intervene
    - Work closely with sales division to deliver campaigns tailored for customer expectations
    - Initiate market research and through competition analysis to provide competitive in-the-market campaigns
    - Create innovative campaigns combining sales mechanism, financial product and marketing tactics
    - Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
    - Provides support for other departmental projects when needed
