Software Project Manager for Energy Products

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of technical area studies
• Relevant experience in software development, design or architecture in embedded C for automotive
• Experience in managing software projects
• Customer and quality oriented
• Organized, structured, and creative
• Good communication skills, ability to present and explain to others
• Good English skills / German is an advantage

You will contribute to the development of SW for hybrid and electrical vehicles by:
• Identify work packages and activities (work break-down structure)
• Estimate size and costs of the software project
• Create time and resource plans
• Monitor and control the progress
• Initiate escalation scenario in case of severe deviations
• Perform software risk analysis
• Maintain customer contact
• Create reports and metrics of software project KPIs
• Control problem and change management
