Requirements Engineer for Processes, Methods & Tools

•Experience in writing requirements
•Java and Object Oriented development skills
•Expertise in the product development (e.g. requirements engineering, architecture, configuration and change management, project management) ◦Process or methods definition
◦Roll Out of processes or methods
◦Sustainable implementation in the company (not mandatory but would be an advantage)

•DOORS tool knowledge would be nice to have

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


We are looking for a highly-skilled, experienced Requirements Engineer to join our expanding team in Timisoara.

In this role, you will conduct requirement engineering activities for customer and internal Hella projects.

The main goal is to obtain the necessary skills & knowledge to also act as a coach for other requirement engineer colleagues in our company and conduct basic & advanced requirement’s engineering trainings.

Taking into account the focus on building tools that is specific for the department you will work for, Java and Object Oriented development skills are needed.

You will focus on writing requirements and act as a coach & trainer in the requirements engineering domain and you must have a solid skill set, a desire to continue to grow as a requirement engineer, coach, trainer and to have a team-player mentality.
