What do we do, you ask? We provide technological resources for the digital advertising industry. Collaboration and communication between departments is key, allowing us to provide the smoothest solutions to every individual marketing campaign that comes our way.

- Graduate or student at Marketing, Social Sciences, PR and Communication etc. is considered a plus.
- A creative spark, curiosity and enthusiasm are essential.
- Ability to transform ideas and plans into tasks and projects.
- High attention to details.
- Strong understanding of social media channels.
- Initiative and proactive attitude, a good communicator with the ability to engage others.
- Passion for writing in both Romanian and English.
- Any design tools would be a plus.
- Weirdness is appreciated because good ideas are always a bit weird.

- You will receive unmediated, real-world working experience and be involved on various projects every week with a variety of clients in a range of industries.
- You will build digital projects, piece by piece, alongside the Marketing department.
- You will learn how to communicate on behalf of various brands.
- You will write newsletters, articles, social posts.
- You will learn how to brainstorm, do a market research, host an event or build digital products.
- You will learn how to build a social media communication plan, a campaign, a strategy or simply a catchy ad.
- You will get to see what makes a good promotion and what a customer driven market looks like.
- Daily activities will also include having fun, getting to know professionals and learn how a fast-paced company really works.
