    Responsibilities


    Be part of a dedicated team for Customer Care development covering all software lifecycle activities (Dev, QA, DEVOPS)
    Take part in designing and implementing software for 1&1’s main Customer Support Tooling, Anti-Abuse and Anti-Fraud systems
    Advance your own ideas in a safe and friendly environment
    Create mock-ups, prototypes and visual support for all the tool development
    Interact with our business partners and PO’s in order to translate the business needs into product requriements
    Work together with your colleagues to ensure the best tooling for the Customer Care Operations teams by assuming ownership for these topics

    Customer Care Development is responsible for developing software used by Customer Care units for their daily activities.
    Our portfolio includes a CRM-like tool which currently being developed; it is a horizontal software over all other systems in the company, making sure agents have all the information they need and also offering processes and actions to support the customer
    We have the plan responsibility, working together with the colleagues from Germany and other markets to collect needs and feedback for the tool
    We also have in the team the full responsibility for the development lifecycle (plan, build, run); this means we plan, develop, test and deploy our software without any other dependencies

    We are searching for an User Experience Designer colleague whose main responsibility would be to translate the input from all the other stakeholders (agents, product owner, team) into consistent and coherent prototypes for the tool
    We appreciate any experience and/or willingness and flexibility to learn how to create a visual concept based on feedback from multiple partners, to adapt to the product specific needs
    We appreciate and aim for a beautiful and easy to use product, but we can’t compromise form over matter, this is why the graphic/visual skill set needs to be paired with very good communication skills and the capacity to adapt and to manage various stakeholders
    Currently our toolkit for development includes: Java, REST service, Elastic Search, JBOSS, Tomcat, AKKA , Angular JS, Polymer, jQuery and…whatever old or new technology makes us deliver the best tooling
