PROGRAM CONTROLLER

•Business School or Engineering background
•Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in an industrial environment including a first controlling experience at plant level
•Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information, and to work on a project management basis;
•English- advanced level.

•Ensures the program controlling procedures;
•Checks the material rates & the exchange rate alignment with the established budget;
•Checks the Plant PMT/Budget P&L alignment with the Program BP P&L;
•Checks the Inflation hypothesis compliance vs PMT;
•Secures the BP consistency with payment terms/amount for Tooling, D&D, Piece price, Raw mat update, Volume update, Exchange Rate;
•Secures the LTA hypothesis regarding the supplier and the customer contract;
•Secures the Legal & Tax (VAT) applicable conditions for tooling;
•Provides ECR/ECO full cost view & proposes financial driven potential selling price;
•Highlights the Program Cash status and provides recommendation to the management;
•Proposes the action plan in order to achieve the cash Target;
•Challenges the Upfront level in term of cost as well as payment method;
•Reduces the payment terms for ECR/ECO upfront cost (cash, short term PPA);
•Provides and secures the R&D controlling inputs;
•Checks the hours booked by cost center & functions to the program on monthly basis;
•Checks the opened & closed Work Package;
•Participates in drawing the budget (hours & expenses forecast / program);
•Builds the R&D line (core team) in P&L program Budget;
•Provides capitalization booking data for the related program;
•Updates the BP & bridge the gap between release;
•Prepares the Forecast/Budget/PMT inputs (PPA, costs, selling price, cash);
•Provides loss to completion inputs for the related program;
•Provides monthly (at least quarterly) financial inputs for the program dashboard;
•Communicates & Shares program standard cost view to plant;
•Validates/Follows up the plant budget for SOP year;
•Participates to the program post audit at gate 4.
