PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER

•Engineering bachelor degree;
•Minimum 2 years of experience within the Quality Control Department -Automotive Industry;
•Successfully interaction with all levels of personnel in a positive, constructive manner;
•IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certificate;
•English- advanced level;
•Computer skills;
•Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills;
•Valid driving license;
•Experienced in applications such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA;
•Experience in automotive industry main quality systems (Q1, Q1 MSA, MMOG / LE, ASES etc).

•Provides support to the Production Manager in the analysis of the occurred issues assigned during the QRQC activities;
•Performs the revision of the control plan after any occurred issue;
•Verifies the continuous conformity of the process to be in accordance with the control plans (machine capability – yearly product audit);
•Stops a manufacturing / assembly line in any situation, if the standards are not respected, or if a safety or quality risk has been detected;
•Performs regularly process controls;
•Prepares the necessary data analysis and reports;
•Establishes the measuring method design and applies the current system without any error;
•Provides further detailed study, inspection and control, ensuring the Production and Quality Improvement;
•Follows the implementation of the recommended solution;
•Identifies and records the process/ product quality problems;
•Ensures that the non-conforming product is taken out of the delivery and production line, being properly evaluated;
•Interferes in the production process in case of any non-written production practice or if the customer's requirements are not fulfilled, stopping the production if necessary;
•Participates in eradicating the customer and the non-quality issues;
•Participates in cost reduction, quality improvement and projects development;
•Draws reports regarding the final control and the process control activities;
•Inspects the product identification, defined within the quality system;
•Ensures that the production processes are in accordance with the quality requirements, and with the determined process parameters;
•Works in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement & lean management techniques to improve the process quality & efficiency;
•Plans and performs the annual product and process audits;
•Carries out the planned product inspections and reports the results;
•Follows-up the performance parameters of the department
•Works in cooperation with the production department to reduce the internal and external discards.
