    Studii superioare absolvite;
    Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel avansat;
    Abilitati solide de operare pe calculator (Microsoft Office).


    Ofera suport administrativ echipei din top management;
    Prioritizeaza si identifica solutii in vederea optimizarii fluxului de activitati desfasurate de membrii echipei de conducere;
    Pregateste sedintele membrilor echipei din top management;
    Coordoneaza fluxul de corespondenta (telefon, fax, email) si comunicarile din companie (rapoarte, studii de piata, procese verbale si alte documente de specialitate);
    Isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru activitatile de protocol din cadrul firmei sau extern;
    Coordoneaza activitatile de travel-management;
    Gestioneaza relatia cu furnizorii specifici activitatii de secretariat.
