    - Education: University degree in information technology, business administration, project management and/or consulting or comparable professional experience
    - Subject of education: Information technology, business administration, operations management, consultancy, project management
    - Relevant professional experience: 5 years
    - Analytical skills and IT architectural know-how
    - Situational leadership with regards to different target groups
    - High experience in leading (international) teams of skilled and experienced managers and in synthesizing their abilities to improve their working efficiency
    - Mastery in the field IT, transformation, change, project and process management
    - Detailed knowledge of internal processes and procedures as well as products and service offerings
    - Proven IT skills (especially: SAP, MS Office, Clarity)
    - Excellent English skills


    - Accountable for the Downstream IT strategy & implement IT strategy into operations
    - Accountable for DS IT Demand Management
    - Develop and support the BU specific Roadmaps and ways to optimize the IT system landscape
    - Transfer BU business processes into IT requirement and System optimization
    - Manage the inter-dependencies of the DS IT Enterprise Roadmap and Architecture
    - Manage relation and communication towards BU, ITC and countries in strong alignment with DPI Strategy and DP-I Portfolio Management
    - Manage interface to IT delivery and vendors from demand point of view
    - Ownership on selected DS IT Business Applications and architecture aspects
    - Change management of application and project
    - Challenger and Supporter of business regarding IT demands
    - Turn strategic IT topics and ideas into concrete initiatives/projects/actions
    - Ensure improvement and cost efficiency managing the DS IT landscape and life cycle in strong cooperation with DP-I Demand Management and DP-I Financial Management and cost control
    - Develop competences and best-practice toolkit to succeed in major IT change initiatives
