    • Bachelor or master ICT (or electronics )
    • In depth knowledge of one foreign language (English)


    • Excellent planning, execution and project-management skill
    • Experience & ability to apply to product line
    • Engineering background
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (word, power point, excel)
    • Quickly identifies patterns among problems & issues


    • Product management
    • Support roadmap definition with the product manager
    • Capturing product improvements and change requests
    • Defining product requirements, functional and non-functional
    • Evaluate/make partner strategies
    • Supporting functional testing and evaluation of new products
    • Interface with local or distributed development teams
    • Visit customers to capture customer & product feedback
    • Support the product manager with pricing
    • Functional review & testing of new product releases (or intermediate releases)
    • Provide input to the technical writer/trainer on user, service and technical documentation & training
    • Support product marketing with the creation of white papers, products, events
    • Support defining & maintaining product demo environments
    • Perform customer or internal trainings related to domain expertise
    • Supporting sales and presales activities
    • Customer presentations and demo
    • Support bid content and bid responses
    • Giving sales training on specific domain and/or products
    • Support delivery activities
    • New product introduction to delivery and support team
    • Giving new product introduction at beta customers
    • Customer training on domain expertise
    • 2nd line support – as subject matter expert
