    Requirements

    As a Sales Consultant for our Technology Division, you will be responsible with the sales and development of our HR tools - highly innovative HR products with little competition on the market. The main product is Talentspotting - a recruitment application that helps companies use their most efficient channel of recruitment - referral recruitment.

    Talentspotting is up and running in Romania, used by major innovative employers and we are preparing the scaling at European level.

    It would help if you had:

    Strong interest in building a career in the sales/business development areas and HR;
    Good communication skills and heightened senses when it comes to understanding the needs that customers express;
    Keen on offering the best solutions according to the client’s needs (customer centric);
    Good research skills;
    High personal drive to succeed;
    Fluency in English;
    Attention to details and great capacity to organize information;
    Initiative, determination & willingness to learn.

    Responsibilities

    Some of the responsibilities:

    Take part and engage into full-cycle, end to end sales processes (from prospect to closing).
    Developing the existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.
    Online research / identifying online communities where our products / services can be broadcasted and transformed from potential leads to successful deals.
    Participate in all levels of product development - marketing, usability, strategy, vision, operations.
    Generate hundreds of ideas for sales, marketing, product and be able to select and implement them.
