    You've studied business administration, social sciences, IT or another technological related field
    You have a successful recruiting experience ideally in a dynamic company; previous projects in IT, FMCG and / or Pharma is a plus
    You are a networker, a people person
    Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment; you manage well multi-tasking of paralel sourcing and recruitment projects
    You work independently, have a proactive work style, you are committed and passionate about achieving your goals
    You show passion for people, being an entrepreneur by heart and drive projects persistent to make it happen
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German / French / Italian is a plus


    In this role you:

    Provide end to end recruitment on a range of diverse roles
    Source and identify candidates according to the relevant job criteria, using employee referrals, headhunting, online database searches and networking and other sources as appropriate
    Schedule and conduct interviews such as preliminary phone interviews, in-person interviews and skype-interviews
    Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
    Investigate new and innovative ways to identify new sources of candidates
    Always create a great candidate experience, and deliver great customer satisfaction.
