Junior Technical Writer

The company is profitable, has over EUR 100m in annual revenues, and has 700 employees in offices across ten countries in Europe, Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remained a founder-owned private company.

• Experience in researching and gathering relevant technical data from the subject matter experts (developers, programmers, engineers), as well as from internal documents;
• Excellent analysis skills;
• Good knowledge in developing manuals, release notes, training materials, etc.;
• Ability to create technical and business project documentation in Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint as well as in PDFs;
• Knowledge of diagraming software, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, others;
• Able to work independently as well as in team;
• Detail oriented, active listener and learner;
• Organized, able to work simultaneously on multiple projects and able to estimate deadlines;
• Excellent and efficient communication skills (written and spoken), both in Romanian and English;
• Technical background would be a plus.

• Collect data for new development and produce release notes;
• Maintain existing API documentation;
• Create user guides, manuals and presentations for new features;
• Write clear, concise, complete step-by-step procedures for technical products and solutions;
• Comply and contribute to company standard.
