    Professional experience within an administrative role;
    High-school studies completed (Bachelor's degree is an advantage);
    Proficiency in English.


    Offering assistance to the senior management of the companyin term personal agenda, meetings' preparation, presentations;
    Single point of contact for facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, security services;
    Offering support on tendering process communication with suppliers, requesting the bids;
    Updating the vendors' and suppliers' database;
    Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment;
    Addressing employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements);
    Collaborating permanently with the procurement and permitting team and offering support whenever necessary;
    Participating in the selection process of vendors and suppliers, based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability;
    Inserting purchase orders for proper authorization according to the organizational policy and procedures;
    Drafting and pesenting reports on purchase commitments, costs and delivery performance;
    Evaluating contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
