• 2-4 years of experience, preferably in the technology sector;
• Minimum 2 years' Salesforce experience
• Must be proficient in understanding inter-departmental metrics and be able to independently analyze, reconcile and prepare business insights for sales and sales management;
• Comfortable around higher Management;
• Experience in working with legal agreements with technology partners;
• Strong commitment to quality;
• Excellent analytical and investigative abilities;
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives;
• Works effectively under pressure and is comfortable with multitasking;
• Works well with moderate supervision/guidance;
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written;
• Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail;
• Understands the key business drivers; uses this knowledge to focus own work;
• Comfortable hosting and presenting training calls with Partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel, Access skills.

• Manage PTC Partner Network contract records within the Salesforce platform;
• Generate and process Partner Network contracts including but not limited to new partner contracts, existing contract renewals, contract addendums and amendments, single use agreements, and all related contract requests from the PTC Compliance and Legal departments;
• Manager version control of the most recent templates provided by the regional PTC legal counsel;
• Generate and update reports related to active partners including but not limited to product and discount reports, authorized territory reports, contract expiration reports, new Partner onboarding tracking and Compliance tracking for new Partners;
• Provide Salesforce contract support such as troubleshooting overall contract process;
• Assist with legal research, corporate governance tasks, and other projects and duties in support of the team;
• Work closely with PTC Compliance to manage and coordinate the assessment of new Partner case information within the Navigant risk assessment system;
• Manage new Partner’s onboarding and certification including coordination of Partner introductory calls with PTC internal ecosystem, system administration training with the Partner, eLearning support, and general point of contact for new Partner questions;
• Train new partners via live webcast and recorded training modules on utilizing Partner web systems and resources and provide troubleshooting support
