    •Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
    •Strong understanding of UX concepts, product development processes and QA lifecycle and methodology is a plus.
    •Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment.
    •Strong organizational skills and customer service focus is a plus.

    •Work directly with clients to obtain clear and unambiguous functional requirements for their software needs.
    •Create precise documentation of prioritized business requirements that can be signed off by the client and then be converted to actionable tasks in our task management environment
    •Understand, translate, and communicate both business and technical objectives from multiple perspectives including client view and the internal development and testing view.
    •Assist in the planning, design and development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
