    Min. requirements:


    ●University graduate or above
    • Written and spoken fluency in business English and at least medium knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Italian, French, German
    ●Up to 3-4 years prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment and 1+ years as supervisor
    ● Strong analytical ability to understand key business levers and allocate resources to meet and exceed SLAs
    ● Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
    approach to problem solving
    ● Comfort communicating with all levels of management
    ● High level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionally
    ● Proven ability to establish and develop effective teams, manage their performance
    ● Proven ability to identify training needs and support development of programs
    ● Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflow

    Responsabilitati

    As a Team Leader, you will provide supervision for a team of Content Review Agents and the role has the following responsibilities:
    • Maintaining the communication in an efficient manner with all levels of management
    • Establishing and developing effective teams as well as managing the employees’ performance
    • Identifying training needs and supporting development of programs
    Understanding the key business levers and allocating the resources in order to meet the customer SLAs
