    Required Skills

    o Advance knowledge of the HRMS

    o Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

    o Ability to work with multiple data sources and with different data formats

    o Discretion in working with highly confidential details

    o Ability to work on multiple complex tasks in parallel


    Acts as a reporting specialist for the (EMEA) HR Community as part of the EMEA HR Business Solutions Team.

    The main responsibilities include

    o Creates and delivers standard and custom built reports, accurately and within the agreed deadlines as per the direct manager’s indications

    o Pro-actively contributes to further developing and improving the internal processes through which reports are being produced

    o Understands EMEA HR Community’s reporting needs and finds solutions to provide the required data and analyses within the agreed deadlines

    o Investigates and proposes solutions to reporting issues and/or reporting gaps

    o Contributes to HR projects (not limited to reporting) as per the direct manger’s indications

    o Contributes to the automation, standardization and centralization efforts

    o Trains new team members on processes handled
