    ●Minimum requirement of B2 level for English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish
    ●Bachelor degree
    ●Upto 2-3 years prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment and 1+ years of prior experience as a quality analyst preferably in digital media
    ●Proven ability to coach in one-on-one and also in a team setting
    ● High level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionally
    ● Proven ability to identify training needs and support development of programs
    ● Document the training reports / trackers
    ● Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflow


    Basically you will be in charge with:

    • Conducting couching sessions the team members in one-on-one meetings or in a team setting
    • Documenting the training reports / trackers
    • Monitoring the quality of the completed tasks and the SLAs/KPIs of the agents
    • Acting as liaison with managers and supervisors to ensure consistent quality measurements
