At least 2 year experience as a QA Game Lead
Previous exposure to Quality Assurance Processes and Methodologies
Excellent understanding and proven aptitude in people management, communication
Ability to coach and evaluate performance for the team members, give feedback
Workload management, problem solving, research and analysis, project planning and execution skills
Objectivity and the ability to take important decisions in a short timeframe
The ability to devise good working practices and approaches to problem solving
The ability to adapt to product changes and adapt testing practices to suit
Good analytical skills
Highly self-motivated, self-driven and a proactive leader
Open approach to challenges
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Excellent use of English language, both verbal and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PC functionality
Bachelor’s degree

Plan and organize the entire QA process from start to finish for both internal and 3rd party titles
Leads and mentors the QA testers, organizes and delegates tasks, acts as main point of contact between QA and other departments
Participate in the performance evaluation process
Monitor the completion of tasks assigned to team members
Plan, create and execute risk assessment documentation to assure that all projects pass smoothly through the QA cycle
Prepare bug analysis reports for Production staff
Identify and articulate problem areas within a game
Work side-by-side with development teams to track issues and provide any help to assist in the remedy of any defects
Align with heads of product and technology leaders in order to achieve company goals
Building a strong suite of QA metrics that will drive a more data driven approach
