Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecomunications or related field is appreciated;
- Prior experience in a similar positions is appreciated;
- Experience working with Windows, Linux;
- Good knowledge of communication protocols(TCP/IP), basic coaxial cable access technologies, preferable - DOCSIS standard, good networking knowledges (routers, switches) – CCNA is an advantage;
- PMO / Project Management experience;
- Confident in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Excellent impersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English;
- Attention to details;
- Customer-focused, service-oriented.

Main Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for keeping up and running Access Network Infrastructure operations;
- Implements new projects or propose new ways for the existing ones regarding Access Systems technologies or Monitoring Systems Apps (ServAssure, NRA, Hyperion);
- Offers support for Customer Care with regards to individual customer problems using local processes;
- Incident solving and problem investigation (Tier 2);
- On-call duty
- Ensure effective testing of access equipment (eg cable modems, CMTS);
- Propose and implement process and technical solutions to increase quality and technical performance;
- Perform reports and analyzes of tests and measurements performed within the department;
