    Studii superioare finalizate;
    Cunoasterea limbii Engleze la nivel avansat;
    Abilitati solide de operare PC (Microsoft Office);
    Carnet de conducere tip B.

    Responsabilitati

    Ofera suport administrativ echipei de top management pe teme legate de gestionarea corespondentei, preluarea apelurilor telefonice, stabilirea intalnirilor, pregatirea sedintelor;
    Stabileste prioritati, identifica solutii pentru organizarea optima a agendelor de lucru apartinand membrilor echipei de conducere;
    Coordoneaza fluxul de corespondenta (telefon, fax, email) si comunicarile din companie (rapoarte, studii de piata, procese-verbale si alte documente de specialitate);
    Organizeaza calatoriile echipei de top management ( rezervari, stabilire itinerarii, achizitii de bilete de transport, plata factuilor aferente);
    Gestioneaza relatia cu furnizorii responsabili de materialele de birotica si papetarie pentru bunul mers al activitatilor de secretariat.
