Your skills:

Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related disciplines (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
Experience in mechanical design of plastic products for electromechanical components for the automotive and / or appliance and / or energy industry sectors
Proficient users of CAD system: Creo3 / Catia V5 / Unigraphics NX 9 - NX 11
Beginner knowledge about CAE software ( FEM e CFD analysis)
Knowledge of ANSYS tool or similar
Knowledge of the PLM (Teamcenter)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills, team player
Problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Availability for short trips

Tasks:

Mechanical and mechatronic design for automotive sector to meet or exceed customer spec requirements
Creating mechanical 3D and 2D fabrication and assembly drawings in according to ISO, ASME standards
Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs
Develop Bills of Materials, feasibility study, prototype analysis, benchmarking study, other drawings and documents (FMEA, DV, PV, etc.) for projects and cost analysis for RFQ (Request For Quotation)
Work with management on areas of improvement to standardize and increase production
Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers
Oversee the material order requests
Work with other departments
