Position Summary: Co-Program Manager

The Co-Program Manager will be part of the management team being responsible for all project activities required in developing high end, embedded automotive infotainment systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program responsibility for the realization of Infotainment Programs as support function to the program manager
• High sense of responsibility and work independently in the area of planning, reporting, controlling; esp. cost/budget controlling
• Active stakeholder alignment with respect to schedules, deliveries and technical contents like SOWs
• Support the analysis and evaluation of business requirements, specific OEM specifications, technical restrictions etc. for future improvements and new functionality
• Support the execution of internal PSO projects
• Support and conduct training of existing or new solutions including creation of training documents
• Prepare report content and statistics, e.g. for monthly reports VW Group
• Support the administration of implemented processes and update required customizing as well as the creation of process related documents like templates or work instructions

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in project or line management (team size >2-5 project or team members)
• Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Project; Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, can work independently in the area of planning, controlling; esp. cost/budget controlling
• Fundamental knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management especially w/r to planning and controlling
• Technical and commercial English fluently
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong skills in communication, presentation and problem solving (customer and internal)
• Technical and commercial English fluent, German appreciated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or related fields
• Knowledge of project management (collecting requirements and defining project scope, estimating activities resources and duration, develop/manage project team, control product quality, risk management and status reporting) would be a big plus

Eligibility Requirements:

• Willingness to travel (0-20% of time) depending on the project necessities
