    Requirements

    For our client, a multinational company, with over 300 of clothing and accessories stores that has been active in the clothing industry since 1989 with a range that includes clothing and linen for women, men, youth and children, as well as household articles, we are looking for CFO in Timisoara.

    Required:
    Previous experience of minimum 5 years in controlling or in finance management;

    University degree in Accounting or Finance;

    Proficiency in English;

    Proficient user of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).

    Responsibilities


    Leading the finance and accounting function within the organization;

    Analyzing and reporting monthly performance of the company at group level as compared to the proposed business plan;

    Defining along with the General Manager all the processes within the organization; 

    Ensuring that the finance and accounting function's objectives are met and they are aligned with the local organization's and the group's ones;

    Participating in drafting the annual budget of the shops and monitoring its compliance throughout the year;

    Elaborating, implementing and applying the preventive financial control procedures at the store network level;

    Preparing or verifying monthly, mid term and annual financial documents; 

    Managing the reporting process, both on RAS and according to the Group's standards; 

    Supervising the cash collection process.
