    Perfect English level
    Deep understanding of customer service & compliance domain
    Experience of min 3 years in managing teams of 5-10 people (as direct subordinates)
    Experience of min 3 years in managing teams larger than 80 people (indirect reporting level)
    Experience in managing teams abroad is considered a big advantage
    Applicants should be able to demonstrate with clear evidence their direct involvement in reducing complaints, increasing customer satisfaction and improving compliance strategy


    Description of the role:

    Manage the entire group’s customer service & compliance teams, located in multiple countries
    Develop the customer service & compliance strategy, in order to increase the clients’ satisfaction and diminish complaints, and meet compliance targets
    Work closely with the operational departments, in order to develop a full circle of client’s life span in the company
    Making sure the strategy is implemented at the offices level, by constantly communicating with local managers
    Analyzing and reshaping the structure, the KPIs, the workflow etc in the customer service & compliance department – in order to meet the constant changing business needs
