Valeo Timisoara face parte din grupul Lighting Systems si a început productia de sisteme de iluminat in septembrie 2005, in crestere anuala, cu aproximativ 2000 de angajati in prezent.
Productia este impartita in trei unitati: Aftermarket - piata de service (AFM), Produse Speciale (SP) si Echipamente Originale (OEM). In locatia din Timis, producem sisteme de iluminare fata si spate si lucram cu cele mai recente tehnologii si folosesc procese complexe de injectare, acoperire, lacuire, metalizare si asamblare.
In februarie 2018 a fost lansat proiectul pentru clientul Mercedes, intr-un nou modul de productie, utilizand tehnologii si echipamente de ultima generatie in procesul de injectie mase plastice si cel de asamblare a farurilor (Engel, Krauss-Maffei and IMV - prototip pentru procesul de lacuire dezvoltat pentru Valeo).

At least one year experience on a similar position, in the automotive field;
Experience in dealing with complaints from clients - 8D, QRQC;
Experience in using Control Plan, FMEA, 5Why, Core Tools (an advantage);
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Advanced level of English;
Availability for travel to delegations, in certain situations (10%);
Customer oriented and problem solving skills.
Manage the relation with the customer, explain to the customer the capacities of the production and inform the customer's requirements to Plant;
Ensure that production is informed about the customer's satisfaction level in real time;
Keep the client informed of all site actions and status of analyzes and negotiate customer delays to avoid escalation;
Fill in the 8D required reports in the client portal on time;
Initiate QRQC in the VIM database, participates in isolation and validation actions;
Represent customers within Valeo regarding quality issues (communication/escalation) and Valeo company at customer's location;
Visit the customer’s location about 10% of the working time;
Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
