Ability to prioritize, take initiative and meet deadlines under pressure;
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar position;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;
Ability to multitask;
Strong communication, persuasive and selling skill;
Availability to work on the field.

Handles incoming calls or inquiries from customers;
Assists customers effectively by offering solutions to their needs;
Provides customer additional information or explains services;
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction;
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required;
Conducts periodical performance checks to ensure partners are satisfied ;
Creates and maintains reports.
