    •Must be fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
    •Excellent MS Office skills is a must
    •Knowledge of project management principles and project reporting
    •Able to communicate effectively with functional areas of the European business to achieve goals
    •Strong written and oral skills
    •PMP certification a plus

    •Internal: all project stakeholders & sponsors within the EMEA Chassis Business Unit
    •External: external subcontractors and project supporting consultants

    •Minimum/Essential: Bachelor degree Industrial Engineer or similar by experience.
    •Desirable: Business Process Re-engineering certification, Knowledge of DMAIC methodology and Business Process Re-engineering tool sets.

    •Minimum1 year prior experience in project management and SAP master data management activities
    •Experience of continuous product/process improvement activities
    •Desirable: Automotive distribution experience is an asset.



    Project-based position. Responsibility to support in driving comprehensive programs, maintain and upload business data in SAP or other platforms for the Chassis BU. Mission to support manage, track and report to the Senior Management Team projects execution.

    •Support in developing and assertively drive projects as a full program, drive projects timelines and budgets in coordination with the support lead of each project.
    •Support in coordinating, synchronizing and managing overall project schedule.
    •Accountable for execution on project timelines.
    •Uses Project Management best practices to manage projects, effectively initiating, planning and controlling.
    •Sources the documentation, guidance and practice to the project management execution.
    •Support in defining and maintaining the standards of process, generally related to project management, within the organization.
    •Aim to standardize to reduce repetition in the project execution.
    •Track actual versus plan and resolve issues as they arise
    •Facilitate identification and mitigation of program risks. Highlight business implications of identified risks.
    •Review team progress against requirements and plans; resolve deviations with project leader.
    •Assist project leaders in resolving extended team and functional issues.
    •Act as information conduit between project leaders and Senior management; prepare and present documentation to the Steering committee.
    •Assist in projects where data support and uploads are required
    •Provide support according the existing service level agreements
    •Being able to suggest improvements and flag problems
    •Create SAP queries to assist all functional areas
    •Running monthly reports where tracking of changes should be visible
    •Act like a guardian of the accuracy of data entered in SAP modules
