Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a fast-paced development role where agility and team work are key to the creation of innovative, high quality products.

You will be working with both on and offshore colleagues and so you must have excellent communications and presentation skills.
At ResearchBods we work using Agile Methodologies, working on both long term strategic products and bespoke client requests. We are flexible enough to select the correct framework for the project at hand and you will be exposed to a best of breed Application Lifecycle Management process. You will be expected to contribute towards the refinement of development tasks and you will need to be willing to challenge requirements and take ownership of your commitments.
