    Requirements

    Relevant univ ersity degree (Business Administration, Computer
    Science, Business Informatics) w ith focus on finance;
    Experience w ith SAP modules FI, CO and as well basic
    knowledge in SD and MM;
    Substantial experience in design and optimization of finance
    and business processes;
    (Sub-) project management experience preferable;
    Initiativ e, persuasiveness, assertiveness and consistent
    target tracking;
    Ability to think analytically;
    Willingness to w ork in a global & virtual team;
    Good communication skills;
    English (fluent in spoken and w ritten), German preferable;
    MS Office skills mandatory;
    Willingness to w ork in international proj ects with extensive;
    trav el activity (should not be more than 30-40%).

    Responsibilities

    Invoice verification;
    Implementation of w orldw ide improvement and rollout projects
    in the area of finance in cooperation w ith our process
    ow ners, our IT-service provider, other process areas and the
    local user department experts;
    Creation of customer specifications in collaboration w ith
    user department and process ow ners;
    Responsibility for reduction of incident tickets in the assigned
    process area e.g. by implementation of continuous
    improv ements of standard processes;
    Training and coaching of user department on how to apply
    standard processes in order to optimize the business benefit;
    Performance and support of test activ ities e.g. integration
    and regression tests incl. preparation of standard test cases
    in HPALM tool;
    Support of authorization role (re-) design by analyzing existing
    role content and functional role assignment, test of
    changed roles and communication to the relevant users;
    Responsibility for creation and update of standard process
    documentation in al GPLA areas I2P, B2C, I2D, B2R, A2A,
    MDM, T&E;
    Support for Idoc treatment by monitoring the types of errors
    and identifying the proper solution to process them;
    Colaborate w ith different departments and interact with other
    modules than FI (SD, MM, CO) in order to ensure an end to
    end flow of activities.
