Key Functional Requirements:

• Successfully completed technical studies, for example in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or ideally in business engineering
• Deep knowledge of business management and project management
• Several years of work experience in the automotive industry (esp. in the fields of development or sales), ideally by managing customer development projects
• International work experience, ideally in Germany or Western Europe
• Highly sophisticated entrepreneurial skills and vital customer and process orientation
• Strong team spirit and high level of social competencies
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and SAP
• Fluent English and Romanian skills, German skills are an asset
• Willingness to travel on a national and international scale

Professional Activity:

• Organization and leading of international customer development projects with high complexity
• Full responsibility for the project regarding quality, time and budget
• Assurance of simultaneous engineering within the project team
• Establishment of an effective risk management for the project
• Creation of transparency during the project
• Responsibility for the project reporting including regular presentations of the project status towards various project committees
• Assurance of a stringent requirements management
