    HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED:
    - Russian & English proficiency both spoken and written;

    - Customer oriented;

    - Good time management skills to enable prioritization of workload;

    - Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms at a time;

    - Analytical thinking and multitasking skills;

    - Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills;

    - Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve oneself and continuously learn;

    - Excellent social skills and a great teammate;

    - Previous work experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    Want to know what you will be doing?

    - Be the point of contact between the company and its clients, responding to customers' requests, via e-mail & chat, and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company;

    - Troubleshooting and resolving technical difficulties; when required, bring up the issue to the proper department;

    - Assure customer retention and actively manage complaints;

    - Committing to the team results by accomplishing the given common tasks.
