    Main Responsibilities:

    • Acting as a role model within the business by displaying high standards in term of conduct, attitude and performance
    • Creating and updating manuals and procedures for all departments
    • Providing all necessary feedback and information to be used by trainers for training plans and materials
    • Together with the trainers, organise training sessions , deliver training and develop training plans , communicate feed-back to the managers and supervisors
    • Organise and deliver presentations for operational departments in Buh office and plan and organise calls with local offices or offices in Asia
    • Ensuring, in close relation with department manager/supervisors, that complaints, are handled properly and in due time, to be added in Complaints log, and constant monitoring of the Complaints log, extract reports
    • Also, making sure that the communication  with Buh departments is clear, fast and on time,  feed-back provided to Sales is accurate, relevant and clear, especially guaranteeing that the complaints handling process runs smoothly and the solutions are satisfactory (where applicable)
    • Creating a quality monitoring plan for each department
    • Creating and maintaining quality assessment files for executive staff
    • Communicating the quality assessment results with department managers/supervisors in order to create improvement plans where and when needed
    • Performing constant follow up after training sessions (through periodical checking), provides information together with the trainers to the managers and supervisors
    • Perform reporting activities when needed (Quality & Training monthly report)
    • Create on-line maps for internal needs (to be used for itineraries)
