• UX / Interaction Design – Problem solving, Introduction to IxD, UX vs CX, Designing quality
products, Mastering Human-Centered design, Heuristic evaluation
• Information Architecture – Information grouping, Taxonomy, Content inventory & audit, Card
sorting, Flat & deep hierarchies
• Prototyping – Basic & Advanced Prototyping using InVision, Marvel, Principle, Craft and Flinto
