In order to serve international clients with insights from all major European markets, GfK joined forces with Kantar in the Europanel partnership. The Europanel team is truly international, working from offices in all major European countries.
To support the Client Service Team managing a key Retailer, GfK is hiring an Assistant for the Europanel Retail Team.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative. A flexible and proactive attitude and a client-first mindset are essential.
• Excellent social and organizational skills (time management);
• Co-operative and professional working style in both email and phone conversation;
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail – even if under pressure;
• Being proactive in identifying potential issues or areas where support is required;
• Very good communications skills in German and English;
• High level of computer literacy, including MS-Office (in particular Outlook, Excel) and fast and accurate typing.

Key tasks & responsibilities:
• Be a central point of contact for the client and distribute client’s requests as appropriate;
• Filter, condense and aggregate information;
• Manage communication with over twenty data-providing country teams as well as with global data production and supporting teams;
• Deliver information to the client quickly and efficiently;
• Update and keep track of vital documents (e.g. contracts, agreements, invoices, etc.);
• Identify potential issues and prepare internal decision as needed.
