    Requirements

    • Minimum experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant administrative role;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Strong communications skills;
    • Good command of English (both speaking and writing);
    • Very good computer skills (Excel, Word);
    • Strong attention to details and able to manage & prioritize multiple tasks in a very dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with day to day operations of the administrative department:
    • In charge with the entire administrative flow after a recruitment process has been successfully closed;
    • Support with employee personnel files
    • Maintain the databases up to date
    • Holiday leaves record and approval
    • Reference check for candidates
    • Make sure that the employee information is always kept complete and up to date: employment contracts and addendums, personal documents for employment, medical certificates and others
