    Henkel România, local branch of Henkel Central Eastern Europe, has almost 540 employees and a wide portfolio comprising over 30 brands, thousands of products, from cosmetics, detergents, to commercial and professional adhesives and technologies.

    From its establishment in Romania in 1994, Henkel successfully launched an important number of brands from Henkel international portfolio: Persil, Pur, Rex, Perwoll, Silan, Clin, Bref (Laundry & Home Care); Fa, Palette, Taft, Gliss, Schauma, Brillance, Syoss, Vademecum, Hattric (Beauty Care); Ceresit, Thomsit, Moment, Super Attak, Loctite and Teroson (Adhesives).


    • Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience (with solid sales understanding, preferably in a B2B/ B2C environment)
    • min 3 months of additional experience would be an advantage (HQ, Sales in the Country)
    • Education required: Master degree, preferably with focus on Marketing
    • English fluent (oral and written)
    • MS-Office: very good knowledge of all applications necessary

    • Drive the development of the brands in his responsibility (based on agreed strategies)
    • Plan activities per brand together with sales, as well as launch and re-launch of products
    • Build and continuously improve category and brand knowledge
    • Monitor competitor activities and their execution
    • Contribute to the local process of innovation generation
    • Monitor the performance of new launched projects and implemented promotions (immediately after launch)
