    Essential Requirements

    Up to 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
    Business level of English
    Basic knowledge of Romanian labor law
    Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress, as well as to prioritize and multi-task
    Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative

    Desirable Requirements

    HR inspector certification
    Previous experience in HR administration would be a plus
    Knowledge of benefits administration and basic payroll as well as position classification
    Skilled in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities

    Provides daily operational support for Dell employees on record keeping, onboarding, offboarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific), allowance changes and leave tool management
    Streamlines and simplifies end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
    Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items and end-to-end process compliance and improvement
    Reviews vendor’s support and practices to ensure compliance with government and company regulations
    Provides support to team members and managers on HR systems, policies and processes
