Job role
In this role, you will:
Conduct major aspects of financial controlling of the A-GP01 BI & Big Data Portfolio:
- Provide standardized SAP reports and conduct preliminary profitability analysis
- Active involvement in monthly commercial reviews (using CRV tool)
- Define and trace the implementation of cost saving measures
- Support budget approval and costs monitoring
Support in other tasks like pricing, forecasting, official project approval process (coordination with NBM office), formal reporting as well as design of internal processes
Responsibilities
- Conduct operational financial controlling of services and projects
- Monitor the monthly semi-automatic database update process (feeding SAP data into CRV)
- Liaise with Service Owners to understand business and technical requirements to improve tool’s functionality
- Verify and test the application after modifications/ updates ( e.g. monthly data updates, functionality updates, system updates)
- Monitor and maintain process and business documentation of the CRV tool and the supporting processes
- Involve and collaborate with budget responsible and Allianz Technology Finance
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercise and prepare required formal reporting
Requirements
- Excellent academic degree/qualification, preferably in business administration, economics or similar fields
- Relevant work experience in Controlling or similar activity. International financial operations controlling experience is a plus
- Capable of structuring, mapping and analyzing complex set of data
- High affinity for Operations and / or IT
- Fluent in English is a must, additional language skills are a plus
Skills
- Strong conceptual capabilities and positive, result-oriented "can do" mentality
- Team player with well-developed social and communication skills and cross-cultural experience
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Excel VBA / MS Access is a plus
- Excellent business English
- SAP Skills (Fi/Co) are recommendable
