    Responsabilitati

    •Manages Sales CTMs & DFS pilot and Sales Administration coordinator in the plant;
    •Leads the BU RN sales team in Pitesti in accordance with the LPS+ rules (5 min meeting);
    •In charge of choosing the sales team members during the hiring process;
    •Develops local sales team competences and autonomy;
    •Represents the Sales function of the BU RN in front of the local customer and takes care of his needs within the BU organization;
    •In charge of Sales CAP activity for the plant;
    •Negotiates the economic quotation, offers and claims with customer;
    •Ensures the price offers conformity (figures coherency, profitability administration, price evolution according to costing evolution) and the commercial conditions;
    •Ensures the evolution of investments in his/her perimeter;
    •Ensures the evolution and recovery of obsoletes and additional ;
    •Provides reporting and permanent commercial competitiveness;
    •In charge of choosing the sales team members during the hiring process;
    •In charge of Sales CAP activity for the plant.
