At least 5 years experience in communication and in digital in particular
The person should be both analyst and PM oriented, have design and promotion skills, should also be innovative and creative

Ensure communication between parties
Design the process and the flows
Design the communication plan thru several layers: the needs and content, the target audience, the channels and methods
Administration of the project, meaning following the steps, coordination of teams, minutes, planning, risk
Ensure a proper communication process between all departments in the organization
Coordination with the Development Team
Coordination with End Users Departments
Functional test
Setup the grounds for the autonomous internal running of this domain afterwards
Ensure implementation of the support for end users in coordination with application support team
