    Requirements

    • University degree in Information Technology or similar
    • Knowledge in area of CRM, ERP solutions
    • Business analyst( business modeling) experience- minimum 1 year
    • Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating new techniques and utilizing the key elements
    • Analytical and conceptual skills
    • Results and process-oriented
    • Independent work and responsibility
    • Clients and services oriented
    • Willing to undertake business travel
    • Very good knowledge of English
    • Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
    • Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating business process and recommending improvements
    • Testing – UAT preferred
    • Working in Agile methodology

    Responsibilities

    • Strong collaboration with support teams and business departments in order to improve and optimize processes
    • Business Blue Print maintenance
    • Enjoys team work and actively contributes to your peer group as well as our customer
    account teams.
    • Set up the test environment for unit and integration system tests
    • Provide 1st & 2nd line helpdesk services to both our clients and other team members
    • Manage and progress client support calls, taking control of client requests, queries and problems and seeing them through to resolution
    • Document clearly problem description, each activity and resolution in the helpdesk system for each case
    • Perform in-depth analysis of customer issues to determine causes and solutions
    • Contributing team player, able to manage your own workload and work well on your own
    • Communicate the status of issues to clients and to the CRM team management
