    Skills and Experience
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ brokerage experience in Bucharest market either for landlord, tenant representative or agency
    • Be expert in the retail market and retail leasing process (Outlet sector experience would be beneficial but can be taught)
    • Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or similar qualification is desirable
    • Be motivated, confidence and have excellent interpersonal skills
    • Must be a team player and work with colleagues to deliver KPI targets and help achieve the expectations of the invetsors

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities and Responsibilities
    • Identify and target prospective tenants for the Centers in Bucharest
    • Present offers and negotiate lease terms that will fit the Landlords investment criteria
    • Prepare and distribute detailed marketing literature to prospective tenants providing any additional information required
    • Conduct tours and presentations of the Centers with prospective tenants
    • Attend meetings at tenant offices that may in some cases include international travel
    • Provide regular leasing activity updates to senior management and comply to leasing approval process
    • Together with the whole company input and maintain the company tenant management and approval database on daily basis
    • Attend conferences and events to promote the Company and identify new tenants that may be in other cities and international countries as and when required
    • Communicate and co-ordinate with center operations teams who are responsible for existing tenant management
    • Run background and due diligence checks on prospective tenants to ensure they fit the Company’s criteria
    • Conduct market research to obtain information on competing lease rates and trends that affect occupancy/rent
    • Take ownership and be responsible for agreeing lease terms through to signing heads of terms and assisting with the lease negotiations process where required
