    Requirements

    - Commercial or technical field of study
    - Experience within the HVAC industry
    - Willingness to travel (approximate 50% of time)
    - Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    - Hands-on mentality
    - Ability to work in an international (virtual) team
    - Fluent business English in written and oral form
    - Working knowledge Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM

    Responsibilities

    - Responsible for managing the turnover, profitability and market shares
    - Maintains business relationship with mainly planners, installers and contractors as well as acquiring new partners
    - Leading and managing the external sales team for the commercial segment
    - Define strategies to manage the accounts and set objectives for account management
    - Maintain the pipeline of project business
    - Analyze and adopt new strategies to react to changing business trends in cooperation with sales teams to grow revenue
    - Lead and coach Sales Team to accomplish key objectives
