Graphic Designer for the EU and Middle East Region - Bosch Bucharest

• Degree in graphic design and a minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Experience in online web design and social media is a plus
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio (e.g. marketing communication materials, POSM)
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Excellent IT skills, especially with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Html is a plus.
• Working experience in an international team

• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Good communication skills, ability to work virtually within an international environment

• Meeting clients (mainly internal) or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
• Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research; thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
• Working with a wide range of media, e.g. the Adobe Creative Suite
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
• Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print
• Adapting existing material to other languages (optional: to different media)
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat; optional: 3d software, html software
• Commissioning illustrators and photographers
• Working as part of an international team with printers, photographers, account executives, web developers, marketing specialists, and translation agencies
