Description:

Act as Change Approver for Service-impacting Change Requests (As defined in the Customer’s Change Management Process and Work Instructions)
Facilitation (organization) and involvement in collective Change Approval instances (CAB – Change Approval Board / CCB – Change Coordination Board)
Play the role of Change Manager where required to ensure effective coordination of resources involved in Network Change Implementation.
Provide Change Approval/Rejection within the time constraints specified by the Change Management Process.
Reviewing and auditing the Change Management process, recommending improvements based on operational realities.
Change Request backlog management (in relation to Change Approval)
Interacting with internal stakeholders, Customer Stakeholders, authorized 3rd Parties to provide answers to inquiries/requests as defined in the Change Management Process, Change Management Work Instructions and Deliverables Documentation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Managing the release and deployment project, implementing and measuring the processes used to integrate the elements in the network;

• Setting benchmarks and KPIs according to customer agreement and agreed SLAs;

• Creating reports for measuring adherence to processes;

• Training of several members of the group and provision of technical expertise at work;

• Prepare reporting for different customers and companies;

• Carry out all the necessary activities to define a new service during the contract;

• Compliance with network security policies and procedures;

• Perform all required service tasks during work schedule.
