    - Accurately maintain and update contracts and information in the relevant systems within set time frames;
    - Respond to all incoming requests from internal clients;
    - Research tour options according to requests received;
    - Maintain a good relationship with contracts negotiators.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience
    - Data collection/inputting experience;
    - Database administration and updating;
    - Attention to details;
    - Team player;
    - Fluency in English;
    - Any other European language skills are an advantage;
    - Advanced Excel usage.
